Click on the Sites option on the left sidebar and then click on Add Site.
Enter your website’s URL and then proceed to verification, their are two options available but since you’re using blogger,

Copy the Code and head over to your blogspot website.
On your blogger website, click on the ‘themes’ option on the left sidebar, then click the arrow adjacent to the customize button.
Select Edit HTML from the popup list of options.
Once you click on ‘Edit HTML’, locate, the code <head> and add paste the code you copied directly below it.
Then head back to your Propeller Ads dashboard and click on verify.
The Propeller ads team will check your website manually, to ensure that it complies with their program policies.
