It’s very easy to set up AdSense Auto Ads right from your dashboard, go to Ads and then click on the Pencil Icon beside Auto Ads.

Google AdSense Bot will scan your website and deliver a preview of what your site will look like if you decide to implement the Auto Ads ad Code, you can delete ad formats and also increase Ad Load, it all depends on you.

How do you add Google AdSense Auto Ads to your website?
If you have a site that runs in HTML, something like a Blogspot website, you should edit your Site’s HTML code and paste in the Auto Ads Code in between the <head> and </head>.
This enables the Auto Ads to display on all your HTML site’s pages and male you more revenue.
You shouldn’t do the same if your site is hosted in WordPress, there are a few ways you can implement AdSense Auto Ads on your website and I’ll explain them below.
The best and most reliable way to implement Auto Ads on your site is to use Google’s own Site Kit plugin to connect to your AdSense account, so long as your site is marked as ready and you’ve enabled auto ads, you should be good.
I did, however, notice something on the AMP version, the Auto ads weren’t showing Yes, you need to enable Auto Ads for your AMP Pages and the codes are different.
Even after enabling AMP Auto Ads, the Auto Ads weren’t displaying on my Accelerated Mobile Pages and it was annoying, Ad Inserter Plugins helped me out but they’ll no doubt slow your site.
Because I use the JNews Theme on one of my sites where I run AdSense Auto Ads, my site runs faster and displays Auto Ads mainly on AMP Pages.
The JNews Theme’s customizer options come with an Advertisement panel which enables you to display ads on AMP Pages, the option will only be available if you activate the official AMP Plugin for WordPress.
If you already use the JNews Theme, activate the official AMP Plugin and then head over to Appearance > Customize > Advertisement Option > AMP Ads.
Toggle the first option on and it should be the AMP AdSense Auto Ads, you’ll be prompted to enter the data-id of your AMP Auto Ads ad code, it’s usually in the format pub-XXXXXXXX…
Once that is done, Save Changes and then use your mobile phone to preview the AMP Version of your site, it should take less than 30 minutes for the Ads to start appearing.
