I just like to do things the easy way, that’s why am now going to show you how to export WordPress Website to another domain in a few minutes by simply using a plugin.

Which Plugin will be Used to Export?
We’ll be using a plugin known a WPvivid, the sole purpose of this plugin is to help you backup your website and also migrate to another domain, which is what we’re here for.
Without further ado, let’s start the tutorial on How to Export WordPress Website to another domain in 2022.
Installing the Plugin
To Install the WPvivid plugin, simply open up your ‘add new plugin’ page from your WordPress dashboard and then type ‘WPvivid’ into the search bar.

The Wpvivid plugin should be installed on both sites – the import and the export websites to facilitate the transfer.
The Export Process
After Installing and activating WPvivid plugin on the second website (where you wish to migrate to), you need to open the plugin’s page and then click on the ‘Key’ tab.
Click on Generate and then copy the generated code, then move back the old site and click on the Auto Migration tab (on the WPvivid plugin page).
Paste the key you copied in the text box present and then click on ‘save’, you’ll see a message stating that you can now transfer the site from the old domain to the new domain.
You should then click on ‘clone then transfer’, the migration process will start right away, it takes a bit of time and largely depends on how big your Website is.
If the transfer completed successfully, you’ll get a pop-up message stating that on your old site.
The Import Process

Head back to the new site and click on ‘Scan Uploaded backup or received backup’ and your page should look like the image above.
All you now have to do is to click on Restore, on the next page, click restore again and then Ok in the popup.
This will start the import process, once it is completed, click on Ok from the popup message and then the page will be reloaded.
Visit your New Website now and you’ll see that everything has been transferred, including pages, posts, ads, categories, tags, authors etc.
