You’re probably on the verge of signing up for the Ezoic Ad Network and you want to know whether the platform uses Cloudflare.
Well, I have been with Ezoic. For a couple, of years now, ever since the ad network was lenient on small publishers. Here goes the answer to your question…
Does Ezoic Use Cloudflare?
Cloudflare is part of the three possible Integration options made available by Ezoic, so, you can say that Ezoic uses Cloudflare but it certainly doesn’t need it.
You can sign up for Ezoic without Cloudflare, this way you can integrate your site either via The Ezoic WordPress Plugin or by pointing your site to Ezoic’s Nameserver.
While Ezoic might not need Cloudflare, I believe that Cloudflare is the safest and best method to integrate Ezoic with your Website simply because it’s easy to remove your site when you no longer require Ezoic’s services.
How do you use Cloudflare to Integrate your Site with Ezoic?
Well, it’s very easy, you simply click on the Cloudflare Integration option from your Ezoic Dashboard (currently the setup page).
Then, you’ll be required to enter your Cloudflare login details (your email address and your password) and you shouldn’t worry because Ezoic is a very secure platform, your details will not be leaked.
After that, it can take up to 18 hours for the Cloudflare Integration To be completed (DNS Records to be propagated), it’s lower than that most times.

It’s Been up to 24 Hours and my DNS hasn’t been Propagated?
If your Domain Nameservers (DNS) Haven’t been Propagated then there’s certainly an issue that is most usually a missing DNS Record on Ezoic.
What you’re going to do is to Login to your Cloudflare account, then find DNS Management on the left navigation menu and export your DNS Record (By Export I mean download to a .txt or .csv file depending on what’s available).

Once you have your DNS Records file, you should log back into your Ezoic account and go to Settings, then scroll down to the DNS Records section and then, click on Import.
Drag and Drop your downloaded DNS Records file or find it via file Manager as the case may be, either way, you should upload the Cloudflare DNS File.
After the Import is complete, you should wait for at least 24 hours, during this time, Ezoic tries to match the DNS Records they already have with the ones on your Cloudflare account.
Since we’ve imported it and uploaded it, the DNS Records are identical and the integration should be completed.
Final Thoughts
In the case that the DNS Records don’t complete even after you implemented the steps above, you should contact Ezoic Support and they should help you with that.
