In this article, I’ll review the fairly popular CPM ad network, Ad.Plus, they claim to be an industry-leading ad network that pays publishers good money, we’ll find out if that is true today.
So if you don’t know what a CPM model is, it stands for Cost-per-mile and it means how much you’ll be paid for 1000 unique impressions on your website.
In this article, I’ll review everything about Ad.Plus and that includes:
- Publisher Signup
- Site Approval Process
- Ad Formats
- Payment Methods
- Withdrawal Threshold
Before we get started, I recommend you subscribe to my free newsletter, so that I can send you the Best Content on Ad Monetization, WordPress tutorials, and YouTube.
Ad.Plus doesn’t use the normal publisher signup page as other ad networks reviewed on this website, you have to contact them via their contact page where a Google Form is embedded.
In the form, you’ll be required to enter your name, email address, and goal of reaching out to them, you have to select the ‘I’m a publisher‘ option and then click on next.
You’ll now be required to enter the domain you want to monetize, the number of page views you get every month, and your Google Ad Manager Network Code, if you have one.
They require the Google Ad Manager Network Code, so they can manage your site’s inventory and also connect you to Google AdX.
Site Approval Process
It typically takes them 24-72hrs to get back to you, if your domain is already approved in your Google Ad Manager account, you’ll just be required to accept their request to manage your inventory.
In the case that you don’t even have a Google Ad Manager account, you’ll be sent an invite that will require you to sign up and then wait for Google Ad Manager approval.
Before the process begins, they’ll give you an ads.txt code which you should add to your site’s ads.txt page.
The Google Ad Manager Approval is the main deal, it’s just like AdSense approval – it’s the metric of analysis that they both use, so to be on the safer side:
- Create High Quality and Original Content
- Write up to 20 articles divided into 3 categories.
Once you’re approved and accepted their invite, the Ad.Plus team will get back to you in a few days with your dashboard login details.
When you log in to your AdPlus dashboard, you’ll see the different ad formats available, they are pretty much like AdSense and the ads shown are also AdSense ads.
Here are the Ad Formats available at Ad.Plus:
- Display Banners
- Bottom Sticky Ads
- Multiplex Ads
It’s worth noting that Ad.Plus ads are AMP and app compatible, you can display the ads on your AMP pages after you follow their simple steps.
According to Ad.Plus, websites on their platform are seeing an average of $10 CPM and a 70% fill rate, this metric is just for video ads.
They also review that publishers who get traffic from tier-1 countries have a high probability of spiking their CPM rate up to $35.
Can you set Minimum CPM rate on Ad.Plus?
The Ad.Plus payment method available to all their publishers are Wire Transfer, they reveal that they might consider sending your funds through PayPal if you contact them.
What is Ad.Plus Payment term?
But before your money is sent, you need to have made at least $100 before the next payment date and that is if you opted for PayPal as your payment method.
If you chose Bank Wire, then the minimum payment threshold will level up to $200.
Do you need an Invoice to receive payment from Ad.Plus?
Having been a publisher once myself, Ad.Plus is not a scam ad network but I won’t recommend it for anybody looking to earn huge figures, you rather go or AdSense or Ezoic.
Or Better still, grow your traffic to 60,000 sessions a month and then apply for Mediavine.
